Remembrance Day attracts large turnout

Thirteen year old Danni Woodnutt performed a faultless rendition of the Last Post for the Island's Remembrance Sunday ceremonies.

Danni was flown over from the UK by the British Legion to perform the poignant duty at an ecumenical service at St Anne's Church and then at a wreath laying ceremony at the Memorial Garden.

We are visiting the island again on Tuesday, 23rd February 2024 and would invite anyone who feels they would like Bereavement Counselling to telephone the Bereavement Service Office on 257778 to make a time to meet one of our counsellors.
