Guiseppe Cataldo Pirito

It was reported in issue 938 that Guiseppe Cataldo Pirito pleaded guilty at the Court of Alderney to failing to supply a specimen of blood. This is incorrect. Mr Pirito pleaded not guilty and will stand trial on March 8.

The Journal would like to take this opportunity to apologise to Mr Pirito for the error and assure him a correction will be printed in issue 940.
